This is us:
A path through gardens and vineyards leads gently up the slope from the centre of Tscherms, near Lana, towards the path along the ancient irrigation channel known as the Tschermser Waalweg. There you will find our “Apartment am Hang”, just five minutes from the village centre, amidst fruit trees and natural surroundings.
With its modern style and clean lines, our farm and its adjoining holiday apartment blend into the hillside and look out over the city of Meran/Merano and its surrounding villages, mountains and valleys.
The Vigiljoch/Monte San Vigilio, Tscherms, Dorf Tirol/Tirolo, the spa town of Meran, the Meran 2000 skiing and hiking area, the Passeiertal valley, the Ifinger peak above Schenna/Scena… and the town of Lana, leading into the Ultental valley: all of this is right outside the door, just waiting to be seen and explored. Make yourself comfortable and take a seat on the terrace as you let it all sink in – and now you’ll truly feel you have arrived.
How about a little aperitif to get you in the mood and help you unwind? Surely the best way of making plans, either to relax or to get out and about! Enjoy the scenery from a deckchair in our private garden with its barbecue area; take a walk to explore one of the Waalwege, the paths along the ancient irrigation channels; or trek in the mountains, discover the picturesque cities, head for the great outdoors, try a wine tasting… what’s on your wish list?

Children up to 8 years stay with us free of charge. For children from 8 to 14 years we charge € 10 per day. From 14 years, the daily rate is € 20. The total price includes bed linen, towels and final cleaning, as well as all expenses and fees with the exception of the local tax. The local tax is 1,90 € per person and night from 14 years.
